Essential guidelines for team formation and participation
Team Size
Maximum team size: 8 participants per team.
Institution Rule
All team members must belong to the same institution.
ID Verification
Bring current institution ID card. Information mismatch leads to disqualification.
Non-BIT Students
Non-BIT students can only participate in day events.
CRITICAL NOTICE
• Mandatory ID Verification: All participants must carry their current institution ID card during the event.
• No Exceptions: Teams with mismatched information or missing IDs will be disqualified immediately.
• Institution Unity: Mixed-institution teams are strictly prohibited.
